I'm probably going to get this. If you dug this, you should totally check out Gigabash. They are working on more of a Powerstone fighter style and they did just have a demo recently on steam. There's tons of videos out there for it. Anyways great review!

Loving this, I was following the development of this one for 2 years and I am so glad it didn't disappoint. Fiancee and I are loving playing it together. I am a massive toku/kaiju geek and this one scratches an itch ( I admittedly am actually really engaged with the story and lore). My favorite kaiju is Anguirus

I'm ordering it from LRG. I'm hoping it shows up before Christmas, because my cousin is a huge Kaiju fan. I think he would love it.

Solid review. I was sold barely 3mins in. Thank you. Not a big Kaiju guy, I love monsters as much as the next guy. I’d probably go with Kong. Thank you

Kind of agree on not caring so much about the people in Kaiju films, but I do enjoy themes. It generally adds levity to an otherwise dark or dry plot. For instance the twins relation with Mothra or Gamera being a friend to all the little children, while obliterating full cities.

I'm not usually a brawler fan and so I already had the feeling I wouldn't be into this. But I have to admit that this is convincing me to perhaps pick it up on sale and give it a go, especially if I can get someone to play with me. I like the visuals and the gameplay is neat too, and I really can't deny that I like the premise behind it. I'm glad you and your husband enjoyed it too, and I can only hope it performs well on Switch as well (where I'll most likely get it). Also, I really like Mothra, mainly because I like moths, and she's a giant one.

I'm gonna buy this game in the morning on the switch! My favourite kaiju Is king Kong my favourite Kong movie is Peter Jackson's king Kong. I love the movie so much I have Kong and Ann Darrow tattooed on both my arms! As In Kong on one and Ann on the other

How long did it take you to beat the game? Huge Kaiju fan but is the length worth the $30?

The game is somewhere in the 8 to 10 hour range depending on skill level!

A truly n fun game. Have been waiting for this and lost track of it, and two days ago saw that it had been released two days earlier. Instant buy. Megadon ( believe it or not, A name for one of my own characters) is my guy. Aegis Prime is my second. Still trying to figure out how to deal with the bosses. I heat them but can't get a good grade afterwards.
