Even then the skulls would likely teleport away or resurrect into another Necron.

On the first push, the Khonite should have put down that cron turret and win the game, but choses to loose and play around with the cron infantery and oblisk, poor decision making, every single push, one after the other. The cron had to sit down and wait to max tech and push, really painfull to watch.

yeah i do agree about that each push end up failure.... ohh come on possesed tank?? wth?? less than 5 sec.... first push?? 4 walking vehicle end up just like that?? uhh its really hurt me u know....

Regarding the discord idea, I think a more story or theme/lore based Dawn of War would be nice to have. Instead of pure competitive games, you could have more of a roleplay/campaign game. Maybe you could have a multi player, multi battle campaign. For example a planetary invasion, where the outcome of one match influences the next. Or you can have some special rules,like a 5 minute no attack timer, so you can have battles start with more advanced units. Or maybe a three versus one, with a good player trying to go up against three bad players. Or you could place an artificial limit, like no aircraft or only tanks are allowed. Of course the indrid style faction wars are always a good option.

This is why do you want the "Take and hold" victory condition. If the Necrons would be pressed to go out and cap, secure the scarabs on their way, they wouldn't grow so much and they wouldn't shake off the attacks so easy.

not the best showcase of World Eaters here. ignoring the juicy gens when having the tech advantage and never even getting the krak grenades on the raptor champions... any way. glad you survived the surgery. take it easy!

Think of the Necron dynasties like Space Marine legions. Each one has something they specialize in. And each one has their unique lord/leader.

Ah yes, love people whining about some races being too strong while not even doing proper things to counter their build - not going for eco with tier advantage and lack of av, throwing the tank away first into whole N army, no kraks, no proper focus (unless there were bugs like mentionened in talk at the end of the game)... Anyway game was nice to watch, because we were able to see a lot of different units, and, as always, nice casting.
