Discovering Sutri! 📸
This stage from Vetralla to Sutri was really amazing, maybe the most beautiful from a naturalistic point of view 🌳
🗺 In fact, we passed through hazelnut groves, abandoned towers in the middle of the countryside, and a magnificent shady forest with a beautiful stream - and then arrived in the ancient village of Sutri, a hidden pearl of Lazio!
And of course, once there, we couldn't help but take a walk to visit the historical part and especially the ancient Roman Amphitheater!
❓ Fun fact: we believe we are the first to document walking the Via Francigena in Italy using minimalist barefoot shoes (with thin sole and wide forefoot) - to have a more deep contact with the ground 🌍
