Honestly I am starting to notice it! I LOVE having the energy. I'm actually able to get up and get my day started. It's so nice!

How much water are you in taking? I am only asking because you stated you are dizzy and not really going to the bathroom as well as tired sounds like possible dehydration starting. I say try to drink at least 8 full cups of water it doesn't matter if it has crystal light or mio its still water. Be careful with other drinks that might have high sodium it can just suck up the hydration your putting in your system. Those strawberry energy crystal light are good and yes they do give you a boost i love them. I know your probably on day 7 by now how are you doing ? Your almost there and soon you will be happy that all this hard work will pay off. You Got This!

I love this comment! Honestly, I probably should be drinking more water all together. I was only dizzy for the first 3 days and that's gone now... thank goodness... but YES I am on day 7 now and things are alot better. I'm on the downward slope of things and am just trying to focus mentally and get through this. I feel like I have more energy and I think if I just stay away from people who are eating that is my best bet right now. How are you doing? Aren't you close to have had your surgery?

I am doing good on my last day of clear liquid tomorrow is surgery day yikes nerves have settled in. I do have a massive headache but I think its because my allergies and this crappy Midwest weather lol Good to hear that things are getting better for you. Girl seeing food everywhere or people with it is tempting. I just went to bowling alley with my kid for a birthday I wont even tell you what all was placed in front of my face but oh my I took my premier shake and imagine it was something good.

Oh I hear you loud and clear! I try to avoid everyone. THAT'S SO EXCITING!!! YOU DID IT!!! Way to go! I wish I was where you are at! Good luck with everything and you'll have to keep us up to date! So exciting!!! YAY!

What kind of chicken broth did you use?

Southern Slytherin I don’t remember and to be honest I’m not sure it even matters to get the results.
