Day 4 - How to Improve Your Bowling Average from 180 to 220+ in Just 1 Week

Would you like to improve your bowling game and increase your average drastically in just 1 week?
We have finally gone through 2 days of intense practice in the previous 2 videos, but tonight we are actually going to put me to the test and see if I have made any progress while bowling in my sport shot league here in Las Vegas.
There are a lot of lessons to learn from this video, so make sure to watch it all the way to the end.
Now, I have been bowling in this league for 2 weeks and my average is sitting around 176. Each night we bowl 4 games on the PBA Viper oil pattern, which is a short 36 feet.
So what was the goal for tonight? Well, I simply wanted to stick the landing as good as possible on every shot regardless of the results.

Hey:) Your swing is violantly fast up and down creating Harder to repeat shots with good flatspot. Slower up, let the ball turn like a car doing u-turn and then violantly down 😀 Being shorter your flatspot is bigger, but the speed both ways make it smaller.
