It’s no cost or stress on a person to get rid of things after long and strenuous sales. Also, here we have what we call ‘make me an offer’, on any group or big items we couldn’t sell and just want gone. No, it’s not making tons of money but some at least. Anyway, just wanted to share my thoughts. You are doing wonderful being solo❤❤.

I couldn't click on your video fast enough, and I was sorry to see it end. W lost power here last night, so I missed your notification. You will get so much more accomplished being there for a longer period. Once you get the your office ready, and your bedroom cleared out, you will have an area that is more comfortable. A home away from home area!

Love the Coco time and glad to see Mr Cat back - I think he looks thinner. Sounds like a great plan to be there longer and you already made so much progress. I’m with you on the heat (I’m in N FL and yearn for mountains). I actually developed heat intolerance from hyperthyroidism. That went in remission and now I’m slightly hypothyroid and although more tolerant still hate the heat. Now my 90 year old mom wears winter sweaters in the summer so at some point I guess it goes the opposite.

Ahhhh, Mr. Cat is back! What does Coco think about him? Coco seems a bit more calm in the house now that it’s less cluttered, or it seems that way to me. You’ve made incredible progress in that house; so much empty space compared to how it used to be! It’ll be even more incredible after the shelves and desk get sold and the other items get donated. I’m also curious how you are going to landscape. Hoping you get everything done the way you’d like and in a reasonable amount of time so you can get back to your home. I love the idea of tackling the fabric head on as like one category to do and now packing up to sell on eBay. Your box idea sounds really good and that allows you chuck off the next set of tasks by doing the pictures. The office idea is genius to process doing the pictures. You have done soooooooooo much work. Each bit really helps and I agree about the selling of furniture to be there in order to make it happen.

You could probably flip the shelves over on that office set that you said you want to sell, so the worn areas would be on the bottom, not showing on the top.

I laughed out loud hearing you say, “ but it’s a dry heat”. I moved from Michigan to utah in 2006 to be near my grown children after my hubby’s job ended. I’ve lived MANY places, but Utah, without a doubt is the hottest summer place I’ve lived. I STILL haven’t adapted. Everything I’ve planted has died and I sequester myself indoors over the summer. Sounds like you need to move to the pacific north west. Im just across the border in Vancouver BC Canada and i love all the rain and green terrain and we only get hot for 2-3 months of the year.

We vacation in Florida at the height of summer. We always see people running. I cannot imagine running even one block in that heat and humidity!

Great idea to keep the wood shelves. I have 4 like that, they fold, so though they are heavy, they are pretty easy to move.

Wow, you seem to be over the hump. You sound refreshed. Coco being with you and seeing Mr Cat might have helped too. Also you are able to see the end of the road regarding the quilting, crafting and doll making supplies. I don't know how many more categories of sales you have in the future but you have done a great job so far.

Could you show the exterior needing paint and weeds ? Love a yard makeover, it's a huge thing on youtube as well. I hope your kitty adjusts well.

It all looks great. Its awesome that you're going to set up an ebay room in the house; I keep meaning to comment about doing that since you can always set it up so you don't have to ship for 5-7 biz days. When you finally finish up the house you can always just batch edit all your listings to come from your personal address when you decide to move everything to your own house (if it came to that). Can't wait to see what's next!

I hate the heat 🥵 we’ve had triple digits so many times in June. It just gets hotter and hotter every year here in Utah. I want to move where it’s never above 80 😂
