Our Life In "Holland" - The Bingham Family

Our eight year old son might be the strongest eight year old we know and maybe the strongest you know too! The amount of intense physical therapy that he goes through to learn and improve skills that come so naturally to others. He has a never give up attitude and a determination to win! Nothing will slow him down and we are so proud of him; he is an inspiration for all of us. Landon and the kids visited Shriners Hospital today to perform a test that would help Landon improve us gate as he walks. This kid is a winner!

You are a champ Landon! I suffer from chronic illness as well, and all of the appointments, test, and therapies that go along with it. It is tough and exhausting, but you do it with a big smile (and you're only 8)! Keep on trucking! You inspire me and I'm sure many other people as well!

Landon, you are such an amazing person. You went through a workout today and still had a smile on your face. I went thru knee replacement and my PT didn’t compare in the least to what you were doing today. .What a beautiful place and what a beautiful touching story...inspirational.....thank you for sharing with us Sometimes we need to remember the true meaning of Christmas. My mother would never let us siblings write XMas. Because you’re taking Christ out of Christmas and that’s what it is all about. We have past that along to friends, coworkers and one we see with the “X” including the next two generations of family. This is another awesome video and I can’t thank you enough.

Can I just say that Landon is an inspiration to me. He is so determined and so committed to accomplishing each new task and you said it in earlier videos again and again that he does it ALL with grit and a smile on his beautifully handsome face.Thank you for sharing your family with us. I’m new to your channel. I know about cerebral palsy and have a family friend that has cerebral palsy and Autism. I’ve also worked with people that are affected by cerebral palsy in high school. Thank you for showing this. It’s awesome! It helps understand more and shows how strong he is!

I am just so amazed at Landon’s spirit. To see his poor body without clothes really show us how we take our health and our abilities for granted. I’m so beyond proud of this little human being. Keep up the good work Landon! I never give up either, I have had Physical Therapy when I was a little girl and was one of the first ones to finish the program too. I also had Speech Therapy when I was a little and just finished another round of Speech Therapy on November 19th after having right sided cochlear implant surgery on September 6th and been doing the Hearing Therapy Exercises that my Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist gave me to do here at home. Today is my 37th birthday!

You probably have , but have you looked into SPML surgery in Texas ? My daughter is two with cerebral palsy and she just had it in September. It removed sooo much of the tone in her legs and it’s only a 45 min minimally invasive surgery! It was a game changer for her :) you guys are doing amazing and we are so thankful to watch another family like ours !

I just wanted to quickly comment because the last few weeks have been hard for me - particularity today and I thought wow, today sucks, it couldn’t get much worse than this. But then hearing that gentlemen’s story whose from Nepal/Bhutan just puts it back into perspective. And not only did he live A Life in Holland but he is now giving back his time to others; to experience and remember to be grateful, to be kind and to remember the true meaning of the holidays. So thank you for sharing this video and his story. It has allowed me to be more mindful and remember, it isn’t a bad life or a bad day; it’s a bad moment. We have 86,400 minutes in a day and we can choose to live them positively or negatively. All the love. Thank you!

$5 for a bunny???????? UGH its like valuing them at an affordable impulse price for people who have ZERO clue how to care for rabbits. Most people do not realize bunnies can live for up to 10 years, they require LOTS of care, attention, SPACE (not a large rodent cage), and money for high quality hay & pellet! Most people buy rabbits and all they ever feed them is fruit and veg. While those things are nutrsious in moderation and a nice treat, 75% of a rabbits diet should be hay. If you are going to buy a rabbit, please realize the commitment and do as much research as possible beforehand!!!! To many abandoned bunnies :(
