The golden years of the Ottoman Empire come to life in a television series. The life of Suleiman the Magnificent is preparing to be a guest in your homes in all its glory. Get ready to experience the era with ambition, loves, wars and all the struggle.
Prince Solomon, with his closest man, Ibrahim Pargam Ibrahim receives the bad news in a hunt. His father Yavuz Sultan Selim Khan passed away. Prince Suleyman sets out for Istanbul without waiting. Prince Süleyman quickly reaches the capital. He attends the culus ceremony without waiting. His life changed in one day. He started his life as Sultan Süleyman.
Meanwhile, a galley loaded with slaves coming over the Black Sea is heading towards Istanbul. The hottest of the slaves is not yet aware that he is on a journey that will change his destiny. He is rebelling helplessly to return.
Sultan Süleyman wants to show what kind of sultan he is by the commands he gave on the first day of his sultanate. But not everyone will like these decisions. Sultan Süleyman does not hesitate to challenge all of Europe with the messages he sends.
Alex, despite all his rebellion, is brought to the Topkapi palace. His attitude attracted the attention of Valide Sultan from the first moment. But it won't be long before Alex learns the rules of the palace. He chooses a great target. Alex, Sultan Suleyman's first night on the way to attract his attention. Sultan Suleiman's wife Mahidevran just arrived from the palace of Manisa. He is looking forward to seeing his wife.
Şehzade Süleyman, en yakın adamı Pargalı İbrahim ile birlikte çıktığı bir avda alır kötü haberi. Babası Yavuz Sultan Selim Han vefat etmiştir. Şehzade Süleyman hiç beklemeden, İstanbul’a doğru yola çıkar. Şehzade Süleyman hızla payitahta ulaşır. Hiç beklemeden cülus törenine katılır. Bir günde hayatı değişmiş. Sultan Süleyman olarak padişahlık hayatına başlamıştır.
Bu sırada, Karadeniz üzerinden içi köle yüklü bir kadırga, İstanbul’a doğru gelmektedir. Kölelerden en ateşli olanı ise, kaderini değiştirecek olan yolculuğa çıktığının henüz farkında değildir. Geri dönmek için çaresiz bir şekilde isyan etmektedir.
Sultan Süleyman, padişahlığının ilk gününde verdiği buyruklarla nasıl bir padişah olduğunu göstermek ister. Ama bu kararlar herkesin hoşuna gitmeyecektir. Sultan Süleyman ise gönderdiği mesajlarla, tüm Avrupa’ya meydan okumaktan çekinmez.
Alex, tüm isyankarlığına rağmen, Topkapı sarayına getirilir. Onun bu tavrı ilk andan itibaren Valide Sultan’ın dikkatini çeker. Ama Alex’in sarayın kurallarını öğrenmesi uzun sürmez. Kendisine büyük bir hedef seçer. Alex, Sultan Süleyman’ın karşısına çıktığı ilk gecede onun ilgisini çekmeyi başarır. Sultan Süleyman’ın eşi Mahidevran ise Manisa sarayından yeni gelmiş. Eşi ile görüşmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemektedir.

Lmao Daye was Hafsa’s slave. Her loyalty BELONGS to Hafsa. Don’t get me wrong she did do it to save Hürrem but that doesn’t change the fact that she still... betrayed Hafsa. Going against her masters commands is betraying them even if it is for a good cause.

@@klover7890 I saw that clip & my heart broke 💔 for Daye 🥺😭. I was glad she gave her necklace to the poor woman beggar. Daye knew that nasty woman where she worked would be looking for it. She left with what we all come into this world with, nothing but the earthly vessel called our body.

Daye Hatun comes off as very severe and almost heartless in the beginning. She is strict and controlling. But she quickly shows her other side. The way she is always looking for the wellbeing of Valide Sultan shows her caring side. And when things get really nasty, she resolutely chooses for the most ethical behaviour, even if she had to disobey loved ones. One of the few real pure personalities in the series. Even though she gets her share of complots, she never lets its poison get into her heart ❤️ I cried when she died her heartwrenching death, alone. She deserved so much better

With Hurrem, it's either you love her or you love to hate her, i choose to love her. She's evil yes but fairly speaking they all are. She's just very smart and cunning and her enemies, well they're stupid lol

I dont think she was evil, I agree with everything else. She wanted to change things and the other Sultana's were either content with their lot or didn't know how to change things. Hürrem did, I really admire her, this fictional version and the real life one. She was the reason for the rise of the Sultana's

Daye did not always approve of all the dirty tricks, she had been loyal to Valide, but could see that things were getting out of hand in the harem, order was being lost.

Daye is not betrayed Valide! Valide have lost her mind for beating her son's wife. She is responsible for many bad things. Daye knew what will happend, ask Nigar about it. If they say that Hürrem was not loyalty to Suleyman, she will never give the note to Hürrem. She know that will be execution not only Hürrem, but the children to.

After Hafsa's death, there was no Valide Sultan to look after the harem until Nurbanu came. Hurrem wasn't a Valide. She never held the title because she died before Selim succeeded his father.
