May is Mental Health Awareness month. I've been feeling unmotivated to start my days lately, I usually just want to go back to sleep and spend the whole day there. Being in nature never fails to make me feel better when I'm low (even though some days it's hard to even get dressed and get out the door!). It's the only time I can really relax and just be in the moment.
I want to share some of those little things I appreciate so much about spring, there is so much beauty. I hope it gives you a little moment of relaxation and peace!
