I think I got it from Mustangs unlimited. It was the 4 inch Boss 429 scoop. Obviously had it painted and lettered. It bolts to stock Cougar hood, where factory scoop mounted. Have to line up and install.

Funny thing is I have an offer from a bud, his family owns the largest Ford dealership in the world. We just chatted. He has like 10-12 engines of different magnitudes. Talking seriously pro stuff. Sbf, aluminum engines, sbf R blocks . He was wondering if I want to put them back together and dyno every one I assemble, then sell it. All for sale, now and really cheap trust me, quality parts.
