@@seanlsx I feel generally that DBZ has been reduced to a joke, even though there hasn’t been nothing comparable to it since then. So when I see clips I just can’t tolerate jokes. I just feel gratitude for having seen it in my childhood, but also frustrated for the incompetence of the newer creators for failing to emulate something like this. And you fans don’t help, with the constant joking. You treat DBZ as a joke, something childish and immature, and not for the masterpiece it is.

It's just for the longest time I always thought of Namekian shoes like tiny potatoe sacks you just wrap around your feet and call it a day. You don't even wear socks underneath them, looked itchy as hell. Although, I agree with you. Piccolo's shoes must be among the most memorable style of footwear in the Dragon world, right up there with Goku and Vegeta's boots, imo.

The fight between Fat Buu and Kid Buu would be ENDLESS. Unlike these two, Majin Vegeta cannot regenerate which gives Majin Vegeta a disadvantage. Majin Buu is officially immortal, but not unstoppable.

The power difference was too great, it was the evil part that was stronger as shown by the fight between the grey buu and fat buu. It was the evil buu that gave majin buu most of its power. After they split, the evil one retained most of the power.

Vegeta was about 1/4 the strength of boo, while Kid Buu was stronger than fat boo, so he could beat him down physically.

Not even SSJ3 Goku was able to stop Buu due to his stamina drain and regeneration ability, Vegeta is died, Goku was already dead before and SSJ3 would send him to other world fast, Piccolo is not strong enough, SSJ3 Gotenks is only slighter stronger than SSJ3 Goku which means nothing, Gohan is died, Krillin is not strong enough. The most terrifying, insane and dangerous villain on DBZ.

Piccolo was blasted in the chest and died, Buu can regenerate from smoke. You can't compare those two regenerations, Buu's one isn't even biological, it doesn't make sense.

@Rick O'Shay This, Buu is magical in nature, his body and anatomy makes no biological sense, he can change his structure to assume clothes and skin in an instant. With being just a single particle of Buu's existence he can regenerate from it.

@@brianjackson3031 It is not. Cell needs to spend energy to regenerate while Buu doesn’t, he can regenerate endlessly, unlike Cell. He can regenerate much faster, later versions of Buu almost instantly while Cell needs time to regenerate when the majority of his body is destroyed. Cell cannot come back from complete vaporization while Buu can.

@@mystictomato9466 what are you talking about. Cell blew himself up and came back stronger. Both of them can regenerate endlessly. If there is a small piece of them it will come back. They both had to be completely vaporized to come back and they both lose energy regenerating. Actually when I think about it Cells might be better because he gets the zenkai boost after being completely regenerated. But they both can do it endlessly

@@brianjackson3031 Did you actually watch the show? Cell got a zenkai boost from blowing himself up, true. But before that we have seen him regenerate limbs and lost body parts quite a few times and at one point he was having trouble regenerating and his regeneration was much smaller than it usually was. He needs energy to regenerate and he has a limited amount of it, unlike Buu. This also goes without saying but Cell takes physical damage while Buu doesn’t, Gohan punched the living lights out of Cell and Cell was hurt, to the point of vomiting Android 18. Vegito and Gohan also punched the living lights out of Super Buu and even if he did seem to react violently to it at the end of his beatings he was still completely fine. Kid Buu also seemed like he was taking 0 damage from all punches and kicks Goku was doing. I actually don’t remember a moment where Kid Buu took more than a second to fully regenerate despite the fact that he was punched and blasted into vapor a million times. Cell’s regeneration was getting weaker and weaker as he was getting progressively beaten up by Gohan. Also the father-son kamehameha did manage to kill Cell for good while a super spirit bomb (an attack which destroys evil and negative energy) was needed to fully destroy Kid Buu. The only advantage Cell’s regeneration has over Buu’s is the fact that if he blows himself up he will get a zenaki boost and become stronger, unlike Buu who will not get stronger from doing the same thing. In every other aspect though, Buu’s regeneration is leagues ahead of Cell’s. This shouldn’t undermine Cell’s regeneration ofc, it’s the second best in the original series, right after Buu’s.

I Guess because there was just so many pieces and they were all growing and moving so quickly, it all happened so fast and Piccolo was in a state of shock, at that point he wasn't even sure if Buu could be destroyed seeing that Buu is just growing back so rapidly after an attack that Piccolo couldn't even produce. And since he doesn't know anything about Buu at that point (like if he's immortal) it makes it even more scary to stick around, he may have felt like shooting the pieces could just make Buu come after him lol. Besides, Piccolo is a brotha and thus knows when to get tf out from crazy ish like that. 😂

Cuz the Super Spirit Bomb was strong enough to destroy every piece of Buu, down to the last atom. Cell can regenerate without a head but only if one cell remains. Buu can regenate from a single atom, even if he was blown into dust or atomized. But his regeneration has limits. After a severe beating from Vegito, it became harder and harder to heal. That is due to Vegito being substantially stronger. One cannot beat buu just by being equal or slightly stronger. his rubber body is also perfect for fighting as it absorbs any blows

@@alexandrelabrie7790 Yeah, I agree. I mean he still tried to kill Goku, insulted him, humiliated him and then knocked him down when he wasn't looking. Screw that guy. All he had to do was wait and then Goku and him could fuse to Gogeta to kill Fat Buu. Job done.Dabura and Babidi next. Boom. Dead. Fusion over, NOW they can fight eachother. Then Goku shows SSJ3, and Vegeta gives up. Never to fight again. No Baby Vegeta. No SSJ4. Super 17 kills everyone.

@@moongoon9860 What you talking about? Vegeta was a straight monster at this point. It was even spoken several times by piccolo and himself that he was stronger than Buu but couldn't figure out how to defeat the enhanced regeneration technique. Hence the Final atonement because it was massive and powerful enough to overcome even the best regeneration which Vegeta told Buu in the manga. It was an asspull bro.

Buu’s regeneration was likely inspired by the T1000 in Terminator 2. Toriyama already copied a lot of the plot points and characters in the Android/Cell arc from the first two Terminator films.
