DC has become even more grounded since the passing of Jacky...I saw him in Charlotte a few months ago and my God what a show. He took us through standup doing so many characters... I can't explain it... But it was truly a spiritual experience. I didn't know I'd enjoy a show as much as I did his ... But his stand-up is sooooo STRONG, like he's been doing it for 20 years.

I honestly had no idea who he was before his fiancée passed away. While scrolling KZfaq I saw a video about the tragedy and my heart broke for them all. I could see the deep love between them, their children, and their family. I'm so thankful he's holding on to his faith and pushing through for himself, his kids, and sharing his experiences in life with everyone else 💕💐✨️. Because he's a walking testimony and so many people need what he's been blessed to do, in his career and in his personal life away from the camera's.

God will continue ordering your steps DC Young Fly. That is so true!!! I lost over 6 family members in the same year, including a sibling. It was the hardest year, but GOD and my faith in the higher power kept me pushing, even as tears ran down my face. My beloved family, especially my sibling, were go-getters, hard workers, and helped many. I remember how they lived and along with GOD I use their memories as motivators in my life still.

I needed to hear that. 😢 I remember being younger watching his Vines then IG post. He was always funny and would sing his butt off. But the main thing I remember is god was always mentioned one way or another. I’m dealing with grief now. My person died April 18th, 2022 right in front of me and I’m just registering that in this moment while I type. It’s hard especially this holiday season. I will always put god first and never second guess the righteous part of me and the morals as well as my integrity. I will stand on them through the bad and good in my life.

DC, I feel your grief and pain. I lost my only child, my son to Cancer the past May at the age of 53! But by the grace of God, I am still able to go forward. I truly enjoyed your testimony.
