DCS: Black Shark Combat Autorotation

This happened very quickly. Two errors that can be observed after the fact include not jettisoning stores and failure to achieve sufficient forward airspeed.

Everytime I shut down the engines, seems like I lose hydraulics and the helicopter goes backward... Do you have any idea of what I'm doing wrong?
