Hopping into the Kingdoms DLC reveal from the triple i initiative show this morning and trying to find every single glimmer of information that we can. Some really cool stuff is possible for this mode and I could not be more excited personally.

yo I just realized how sick the Beastmen logo is. Its the Abomination's head A brand, but turned upside down, making it look both like a goat's head, but also pentagram-esque, again with the goat symbolism

I really hope we (eventually) get regions for these new factions too. Quite desperate for new regions. I imagine this isn't coming until December (since all they said was 2024), but man I'm gagging for this now! Can't wait!

I actually gasped when I saw that BH was in regular roster now I’m gonna be real though I am gonna be mad disappointed if they bring Abom back but just as a mini boss. I want my man 100%

This game mode needs more regions to keep the backgrounds interesting. Also, would be cool if they added an extra story to this mode.

It’ll be interesting to see if they treat this as some kind of post-game campaign mode, a bit more replayable than the less replayable 5 acts.

I think they can easily just show that there's one aristocrat left, similar to the 3 bosses from crimson court. I think that a strong enough infected could start the cruse anew. After all, the curse became treatable, but heroes could still get the crimson curse after killing the duchess.

What. Who said that he's going to return as an enemy. There's a faction of abomination's kind but that doesn't mean that he will also be an enemy

@@doctordice2doctordice210 They said that they don't want to repeat anything like Antiquarian again, that's her niche of hero turned enemy. (Also applies to BH's recruitment niche). They even explicitly mentioned that they didn't want to make Abomination since players would get sad when killing him

As cool as a cursed Beastmen faction would be, to have Abomination as an associated mini-boss for them kinda makes no sense. Chris even said they weren't gonna do it because "People who played the first game are gonna go: Oh hey we're beating up that really skinny pastey dude". It would suck to just have them 180 that sentiment because he would make for a cool boss for Warhammer Fantasy Inspired Faction #7

This is amazing! Probably an even better game mode than base game(if done correctly) which could add insane replayability... and its just for free! Wow they are spoling us! They said there are 3 new enemy factions, and we have seen that "roaming factions" like bandits, not tied to bioms are gonna be there, but do you think that the new factions are gonna substitute the fishmen or the fanatics and the other biome related factions, ora are we gonna add the new factions up to the mix?

I see a lot of negativity on DD2. I recently got it and was a bit disappointed at first. But after playing a while, it became so obvious the combat is vastly better than the formulaic rock, paper,scissors of DD1. I think the loop nature and carriage are easy to poke fun at, but overall the combat depth and synergies are better by a huge distance. Maybe it helped I got it late and some things were fixed up a bit.

im hyped! just hope this doesnt come with crashing bug that will only be fixed in 6 to 8 weeks like the crusader shrine bug where the game locked you of 2 of his abillties. that killed that update for me. never played the game since then

@@ShuffleFMnot really, for example I had really bad opinion about Path of Exile years ago but they changed things, added content and I love this game, have over 2000 hours etc. DD2 removed economy, attachment to characters, any non-basic enemy deals damage, damage over time, stress and debuffs with single ability so every fight is DPS race, boss fights are "attack pos 3-4 and abuse perfectly balanced flagelant". Run goes wrong? Let's finish it quickly and start new one with 0 consequences.

I'm mad at this even being free, there's half cooked classes like hellion and they put the single guy that seems to be updating the game to make a different gamemode that, let's be honest, it's gonna release as broken and underdeveloped as each other dd2 update
