That’s Not completely true Raphina Chose Barca over Chelsea and Arsenal who were both willing to pay more than Barca did but the player out right told Leeds he wasn’t accepting any contract that wasn’t from Barca, Who got him for around €40M while I believe Chelsea had a bid of up to €50M accepted after a Bidding match with Arsenal

No, not on his existing contract, can’t just change to suit us, it’s like your boss saying youre now going to work in London instead of Glasgow and we are changing your permanent contract so you can go leave next year but only to work for one company we own. You’d have to rip up and sign a new contract and uefa would say you’re breaking the rules, they could loan him to West Ham for a year for prem experience maybe or another country then as long as the loan team don’t finish higher then yeah he could come.

Personally, I would've gone for todibo instead of de ligt. Juve and bayern selling a player of de ligt's level THAT EASILY doesn't make sense. From 65mil to 50mil and an injury record. Im not saying de ligt is bad player, he does have the attributes of a solid defender but those are just my worries about him. Todibo is someone who I feel we can build with for the long term.
