True beast mode, once again my Friend!!! Love the way you motivate yourself in the pin squats.

Thank you ! I haven’t been squatting and they are painful right now due to an ongoing QL injury but it felt good to get something on the board

Great work as always! Oh, I also believe I got the exact same squat rack as you do it is such a great investment!

Thank you ! Yeah it’s cheap but it’s pretty strong . I’ve dumped a 455 squat in it and it held up fine

Appreciate that ! Just turned 43 so I’m probably around my peak . Im hoping I can still gain strength but it has been a slow process.

So, that's all you did tonight? Sheesh! What did you do? Eat the Energizer Bunny? 🐰 Deadlifts had a lot of speed! Pin squats were your word - " juicy! " Congrats on the 335! That was huge considering being fatigued! Your rows were crisp! I not even gonna say anything about that sex machine! 💯💯💯🤫🤣

😂😂😂😂, it looks kinky doesn’t it . I had some ideas for my wife on it but she just tells me I’m sick . Thanks Kurt . I was mad today , bunch of work related problems so I channeled it in the garage

@@wilsong4096you’re welcome I also go beltless but I’m not close to this beltless did you have to build up to it? Once I hit 395-405 area is when my lower back feels it so I had to strengthen my spine a little bit more and get form better
@wilsong40963 ай бұрын
@@Samanthareddt yes I did . I’ve pretty much always gone beltless on everything because I don’t compete. I’m not against a belt tho . If the belt makes it safer for you I say use it . I may add one eventually. Mabe you could hv a beltless day and a belted day and just treat them as different lifts as far as the weights used ?? That’s probably what I’ll do if I use a belt
@Samanthareddt3 ай бұрын
@@wilsong4096 yeah that’s true just haven’t been able to afford the belt tbh but also I know you can strengthen your lower back in other ways so if you have bad form it stays protected still even beltless.
