This is a good thing, I hope, I heard that Ryan, Hugh and the writters were pushing to add more violence to the movie to make it the hard R it deserves, they were forcing the studios hand by an ultimatum, that either they let them do their visions, for which they needed the studio to pay the reshoots, or the walked and wouldn't be envolved with other Marvel proyects; I have high hopes this will be the movie we all are hoping for, if there was one thing I want to see in the movie are comic acurate sentinels, and see Wolverine and Deadpool tear through them.

The film was partially shot during the writer’s strike when they couldn’t change the script or ad-lib. So reshoots should be expected for that reason alone.

Ummmm......no. Close ups to get face shots, are not CGI'id nor has been. It's like saying that Wade's real face is CG when it's just makeup cosmetics. So I can accurately say that those shots are without the cowl

The film is going through reshoots because the trailer has caused a huge stir and overstepped boundaries that it now requires censorship. Sadly we get a diluted version pulled back from it's original scenes cut out and reshot differently to satisfy particular and broader audience.
