In this video we will look at how laughter and sarcasm can negatively impact the implementation of change.
It is important for leaders to be models.
Many of us have been laughed at when we have tried to change things in our company.
It is up to management and the change consultant to ensure that all leaders adopt the right attitudes of openness to change.
Without this, individual initiatives to implement change will not exist.
Indeed, change is not only the choice of the management committee that decides to implement the change. It must be supported by the men and women of the organization who will promote this change on a daily basis.
This is the key to successful change in a company.
