As a parent there are going to be days when you have run out of patience and your anger gets the better of you. How can parents manage their anger and frustration in healthy ways - and deal with feelings of unreasonable frustration with their children? Maggie shares some small things that she hopes will make these moments happen less frequently and help parents learn how to respond to their children rather than react to them.

I’ve come here as I had a huge anger moment today. I think I need to take some time out for myself for just a couple of hours a week. I may catch a movie at the cinema or go to a meditation class. Thank you for uploading.

Both of my parents had anger issues and took it out on me and my siblings. I'd rather die than go through living in an abusive household again. It's truly living hell.

Being a dad struggling with anxiety and depression with two toddlers my fuse is non existent, and I am always angry. This comment brought tears to my eyes because i read that through my children's eyes :'( I only bring this up because this comment i think has been more powerful for me than this video itself was. Thank you!

It’s easier said than done. Jesus is the ultimate example He could have said screw all of you I’m not going to take this torture but he took at like a lamb and said Father forgive them, for they know not what they do. Thank you Jesus. I pray I reflect your light as you have showed us that light. Amen
