Blade shouldn’t be apart of the MCU, with the movie being in the dumpfire, development of hell. Blade, Ghost Rider and members of the Midnight Suns, should have their own universe. Like what Netflix did with the Defenders.

In my opinion they should cast Wesley Snipes as Blade, but put Blade in the whistler role and create a new character to pass the Daywalker torch to. That would service the nostalgia AND create a path forward for this vampire franchise. If Disney would get their DEI/ESG behind out of their own way, perhaps they can create something that is not a flop. That is my opinion.

If Mr. Ali were smart he would either purchase the rights to Blade and make it independently or walk away. Disney USED to be great back in the late 2000s/ early 2010s. Now the magic is gone.

Hello, Jody. It's sad that so many clowns work for Disney. The VAST majority of them are not REAL Marvel fans, they know nothing about these characters. All they do is check off boxes, and use certain humans, if they think it will make them more money. How do you take five years to make a Blade movie? He's an easy character to do, but those clowns are trying to repurpose the character. They disrespected Mahershala Ali...for five years. However, Ali shouldn't put up with that treatment. 💯percent facts you said about Disney not making blade with there there strict family based guidelines in place. The 5 min scene of the bloodbath would of given Disney a heart attack. The only way blade could happen is if Mahershala walks away from marvel , finds a director he likes and talks to Sony about making the movie, which might be the secret sauce that’s needed like Wesley said, if not then keep or riding snowmobiles in snow. But the reason why I said Sony is because they deal with projects that marvel don’t want in the cinematic multiverse universe, yes most of they films with crap but there’s no guidelines and limitations but with a director that Mahershala hand it could definitely happen

Hampered by Strikes? MY ASS!!!! They Proudly told the world that Mahershala Ali was playing Blade FIVE YEARS AGO!!! How many Disney movies were announced, written, re-written, shot, RESHOT and FLOPPED IN FIVE YEARS?!!!!! I don't have many favorites left. Rest In Peace HULK, THOR, STRANGE, VISION, VENOM, SURFER. I'm not jinxing the ones I have left 🤐. I've been saying this for Two Years, I hope Mahershala Ali walks AND SUES THE HELL OUT OF EVERYONE FOR WASTING HIS OSCAR AWARD WINNING TIME!!!!

They tried to frame all star wars fans as racists but fans wanted finn to have jedi powers , Disney was the one to mistreat Finn the character and the actor playing him too . I mean look at the roles they put black characters in ? They turned Lando into a "pansexual" , that sith girl Reva from "Obi Wan" , her acting wasn't great but DIsney turned it into another racial narrative , they screwed Bobba Fett and Ahsoka and I refuse to watch the acolyte ( i've seen enough)

They need to hire Misha Green or Barry Jenkins to direct & write a Rated R Blade. They need to bring back Wesley Snipes as Jamal Afari. They also need to bring back Aaron Pierre & he should only be playing Deacon Frost.
