hey guys, thanks for being patient while ive been away from uploading
its been a busy several weeks, and the second week of february was the worst ive felt and most stressed ive been in a long time. in the week leading up to filming this video, i had a series of days where i hadnt felt like myself. instead of keeping it to myself, i decided to try something new and film myself. so if youve been struggling too, i hope it helps you feel less alone.
i will be returning to film more vlogs soon as per usual :) thank you guys

this must have taken a large amount of courage to do, thus, i extend my gratitude to you. i, too have not been the happiest. i have not shed a tear nor expressed a genuine smile in over 3 years and there are days when i feel incredibly miserable and i get overwhelmed. however, with everything that is happening, i can say that things do get better after some time. If you are not in denial and acknowledge the emotions, things will improve. whenever it appears to me that i am in a state of excessive agony/loneliness, i always think to a quote that says: "a moment of pain is worth a lifetime of glory." which is not a lot but it empowers me to get through that time. i wish you all the best; you are worth so much more than you think. look at how far you have come, there's still more for you to achieve and accomplish. take care. xx

Hi Stephanie. I previously contacted when you posted the video where you called yourself inferior. I said that you werent inferior and said that you were being too hard on yourself. If you are feeling suicidal or if you are feeling really depressed and want to give up, I really encourage you to contact the counseling center on the Harvard University campus and talk with a counselor. It is very common for first year college students to feel depressed and want to give up. PLEASE dont remain stuck. Please go get counseling. If you have any questions about whats its life to seek help, just ask me and I will talk with you. And I promise that you wont be judged if you share the pain inside of your heart...please seek help.

hi, thank you for your concern and offering your support. i do speak about many of these things in retrospect, so at this point i am doing quite well and have been able to reach out to people who care about me when i need. majority of the time it is just the normal life fluctuations here and there, but im no longer struggling to the degree i once was. in the future i know who to look to if i am in a similar situation. appreciate your help
