This is an easy(DIY) job anyone can do....but sometimes bolts don't want to come out! I share many DIY ways to get yourself out of this situation and hopefully help someone get through the job no problem. Recommend using PB blaster on bolts before starting!
Tools you'll need:
15mm/18mm/19mm sockets
Ratchet/Impact
Hammer/and or Pry bar
Torch (Maybe)

Thanks, after trying to get that bolt out, I saw ur video and went straight to heat, came right out with my 5lb sledgehammer!

Good idea with the butane torch! Just did mine and ran into the same problem you did. A little heat and a pipe wrench with a cheater pipe got that sucker right out!

Im doing the same thing in my 2012 f250, I can feel a the wobble not really bad, but i want to fix it before it gets worse ,would this really help? Thanks for showing how to get this done great video.

It did help for mine yes. Really tightens up the wheel and prevents sway. It’s hard to say exactly what is causing wobble cause there are so many considerations. Many times the pitman arm, idler arm, and tie rod assemblies are to blame. So you gotta check all of it to be sure.

How is it holding up? Is the steering still responsive? Are you running your stock front shocks or did you replace them with the bilstein also?

This truck actually has rancho shocks The steering held up great and the responsiveness is smoother and tighter
