That is a nice trick. I use same brand/color socks. No need to search for matching pair while washing/folding. Also helps to throw away single one as it worns out. 😜

Hi Vijay, how are you ? Pls give your suggestion! I signed upto buy new house on January with estimation of 3.5% in Arizona. Now housing interest rates are going up. I am confused now whether to take back step or do rate lock now with current rates or wait till October for closure.

Couple of things. You need to make sure that you have your shares in a brokerage that support international address. You can continue to trade. Another thing to remember is, the inheritance tax for non resident is 40% for any amount over $60k.

Of course marriage is reversible. But it hits really hard. So I'd say its safe to say marriage is irreversible. What if you decide to have a kid out of that marriage? Can you reverse it?
