I definitely love the idea of separating everything into boxes! I always accumulate lots of random things that are important and don't have a spot, so putting them all into boxes helps make it easier to find and helps the room look more organized!

Helpful video! I find that when everything has its designated place I am more likely to put it away where it belongs. I de-cluttered when I moved a few months ago and my bedroom (where I usually make a mess) has been kept tidy ever since the move (making my bed EVERYDAY helps, too). P.s. I didn't notice anything wrong with the lighting, and your husband is super cute, good job! 😘

The "reward yourself" idea is awesome particularly when it's Starbucks. My husband and I used to treat ourselves to Starbucks on the regular and my daughter now loves it (minus the caffeine) as well. They are on our no buy list after adding up how much we were actually spending. We reward our daughter with Starbucks gift cards and now I'm going to do the same for us! So tysm.

Love the video. Right now im working on the outside. And your right. Stress does happen so easily. Pulling weeds, gravel, backyard stuff. Yuck. Can't do it all at once. But little by little it's looking better and it does make you feel more at peace😊

That's me and my mom at 6:50 and it would annoy me so much, but now that I'm moving upstairs to my new bedroom, I'm really attempting to really get in the habit of keeping my new room cleaner and better than my old room. My old room, however, will be used and transformed to a guestroom. When I learned I was getting a new room, I immediately came across you videos and I'm finding them very interesting and helpful; I think I will attempt to do so much better with my new room and keeping it clean as much as I can :) you're videos are very inspiring and motivating!! xoxoxoxo

You are right on. Clutter stresses me out. It is a coincidence that I started my day out working on my closet. I like the boxes and baskets to categorize items. I definitely agree about cleaning area by area. It makes the task so much easier!! I used to literally try to clean my entire room all at once and it seriously would take me a whole week before I was finished-_- Cleaning area by area takes up so much less time and before you know it you're done!! Except my clean room only lasts a few weeks and then it gets messy all over again and I have to restart the process, LMAO. Ohh, dear.

Your videos are awesome and make me want to clean and organize! my whole house is a disaster and its so overwhelming because my husband never picks up after himself and I usually have to clean everything by myself.. on top of that, i have cats that get into everything and knock stuff off tables and counters, etc. Ugh! It's exhausting.. But I will have a few days off work next week and my project will be cleaning and organization because I'm so tired of the stress! Less Stuff = Less Stress! Yes!

Totally addicted to the all purpose cleaner with and without the baking soda. I use orange and clove to scent it with and a bit of tea tree.
