this is so ridiculously extra I love it lol.
HI ANGELS!
Today I am decorating my fairytale ballroom because I want to turn my house into a French castle. So here is a house update on how the renovations are coming! I got fancy walls and a new mirror and a gorgeous custom fireplace, all professionally done with my friends over @ Pearlworks, but of course with a little DIY magic :P
Enjoy the fancy before and after! There is still lots of work to do, but that's what makes it fun.

I think the harp should go in this room, because the wood and gold of the harp match the decor here. 😍 You piano is white and would look amazing in any of the white rooms.

Well did it ever occur to you that 1: some of those influencers like and actually prefer that “minimal white and neutral decor” because and more put together, and 2: most of those homes were pre-built, and didn’t always have influencers living in them? Regardless though…..It’s their homes, they can do whatever they want with them decor wise, and it’s not like they would ever invite you over, since all you would do is judge them. Plus….I bet some of them probably live in much better looking homes than you do…..

GIRLLL please do a mural in the center above the chandelier. Look up guilded aged mansions... you won't regret it. It goes with the whole aesthetic of the whole house

Definitely a wallpaper version of a Renaissance map of the stars, with all the constellations. Or maybe ask an artist to paint it. Preferably in berry blue, indigo blue, or midnight blue. The constellations of course should be in metallic gold! ^^ Ah and chandelier fixtures are a must! Also rugs, thick (possibly Persian) rugs.

I think the ceiling deserves something beautiful and fairytale like! The white ceiling is calm and neutral, but I think you could do something really special with the ceiling. Hand painted or wallpapered, you could add architectural ceiling coffers, mirrors, antique metal ceiling tiles.. etc etc 😉

the after results of this room made me cry , ive been really struggling with visioning my future that everything seems hopeless and all i wanted was a safe place in my mind to visit so i can start planting some seeds for myself ... this room is the room of my minds eye down to every little detail ... so so inspiring , i will not stop working towards a life where i have a room just like this myself , thank you amber .. your journey and video has inspired hope in myself and my future which i thought was long gone

Whatever you do to that roof, I highly recommend doing your own twist on a section (if not the entire roof) with a renaissance themed painting like the Michelangelo the Sisten Chapel / The Creation of Adam It would literally take it the ultimate level of high class and elegance that you're going for!

She's a very bubbly person, so she's probably used to people acting like that around her. Maybe the guy wasn't annoyed at all, or maybe he was idk. I'm just happy the overall energy didn't bring her mood and enthusiasm down.

I think it would look so amazing if the ceiling was a light blue color. it would fit with the fairytale theme of the room. and the chandelier could be a gold candlelight inspired design. that would go well with the beauty and beast inspired trend and match with the harp and piano. I can't wait to see how it turns out! im so excited.

Some shiny golden or sparkly crystal knobs would look incredible in the ballroom! I feel like with the sky view, mirrors, and golden accents, you need some knobs that complete the room. ✨ (I left another comment with other ideas I've seen and have.)

Someone else commented about getting covers for any TVs that make them look like mirrors or paintings when not in use. I've also heard of ones that look like stained glass panels, and honestly it's such a great idea, since any of them would match well with the Sky Castle. I also liked the first candelabra that you showed when asking about them. I feel like it has just the right amount of gold to not be too much, but also not be boring.

You could put both the piano & the Harp in the Ballroom. It's looking awesome! I really love the first edition shelves with the crystal shoe and rose etc.. I can't wait to see what else you do in there ❤️

I think definitely the first kind of wall sconce! The second one might clash too much with the chandelier. The first option really looks like an antique wall sconce
