I'm sharing a few ideas for how you can decorate the dividers (and between the dividers) in a handmade junk planner!

Aww, thank you so much!! I cut those ladies out of my sewing pattern catalog! The illustrations on all the major sewing pattern brands are still under copyright, so I never use copies. You will see lots of people using copies in their items for sale and there are printables of them on Etsy, but they are violations of copyright laws. It's hard to cut them out, but I pick ones where I'm not crazy about the images on the back of the page (for catalogs) or I will cut them out of pattern envelopes that are in bad shape that I can't use to make sewing pattern envelope cover journals with. 🤗💕💖💕💖💕

Thanks for this series. I can't believe you who once said "I make journals, I don't use them" is actually going to use one *wink *wink lol.... I just have a bitty tip....If you put very low profile foam squares behind the butterfly wings close to the body they will stay up. tfs gina

Hi Shara! For this planner, I do not decorate the planning pages!! I let all the decorating and creativity go into the dividers and junk journal type pages! I was going to decorate the planner pages, but I just got so busy, that I don't make the time to do that anymore! If I did, I would probably use lots of washi tape, die cuts, stickers and enamel dots--those sorts of things. I'm sorry I don't have any photos or videos for ya! Thank you for watching!! 🤗💖💖💖💖

@@KittywittyPapercraft that is good to know! Just got started on my “Smokey the Bear” junk planner and was curious your process. I can get lost in decorating my planner pages and end up losing the functionality of the planner. Thinking I might just print my planner pages with a light opacity digital paper that coordinates for each month so they are still somewhat “festive” without spending the time of adding embellishments to each week! Thanks again for letting me pick your brain 💕
