It's so important to me the meditation time. But in this video only 3:45 minuts And the other videos have 10 minuts but there's the voice of wim h.. I love this and the 40 breaths exercise but also only few minuts of meditation time. But thanks so much

Bring Ceragem bed, and Do the Breathwork as you wish, the main thing is tingling sensation persists. Only remaining will be your heart❤ everything will go to sleep. Including your brain. I am not able to go full brain sleep, rather only right hemisphere. While left hemisphere was quiet but awake. Maybe because of head injury on Right Arm / Right Leg I.e. Right Side Paralysis on 01 September 1999, Arjun Singh Airport, Panagarh, West Bengal, in Enfield motorcycle self accident front wheel broke down Station Commander, after 3 hours took me to Command Hospital, Kolkata. I was in Indian Air Force, Now, I have a mother, a wife, two kids. The only need of human semen is to produce Baby else it should be retained in body, It maybe difficult to retain but practice and persistence and God's hand should be felt. I don't know what My God Has perceived for me, inspite of many problems I am in dire Happiness, Health and Strength. Fully in Control and Power of God felt like Air in for Body, like water is for the Fish. Wim Hof / Dharam Singh, Sach Khoj Academy, are parallel names. I love both as My Breathe. I cannot deny their Importance. Why I have written, maybe it being, liked by someone, of my type. I have nothing more than ❤ to Offer, Hope for the Best.

I have two questions about the exercise: 1. In many exercises Wim Hof recommends to breath into the diaphragma and to exhale just a half of the air in the lung. Is this also advantagous or even required here? 2. What is meant with "stop after the accelation"? I always exhale uniformly without accalation. Or rather: How much of the full inhalation before shall remain in the lung during the breath hold? I would be grateful for an answer!

un wichtig yes Wim Hof does say to just let the air out.. by letting it go not forcing it all out. Once you have let the air go after the last “exhalation” you then hold your breathe.

Nice, relaxing, something to focus on while you breathe and meditate... then a piercing, loud American voice crashes in and completely breaks your concentration. Lower your voice and speak calmly if you are going to try guided meditation. What you are doing defeats the purpose of the video
