In this episode we're kayak fishing way out deep in the Pacific for a variety of fish including huge African pompano, roosterfish, sierra mackerel. Then we switch up tactics and do some deep dropping for tilefish, snowy grouper and longfin sea bass. This is grocery shopping Los Buzos style!

After seeing all the long tails and the snowy; you guys need to push a little deeper like 600-800 foot and see what you can find down there! Should get bigger snowies and more tiles

As I sit in CR going for roosters Thursday. My 13yo got a 60ish lb mahi and I caught a 45ish lb mahi. Got tuna and others but I need a rooster over 25lb s.

I love all your videos and I want to thank you for the work that goes into making them.I'd love to see some more beach fishing down there. those whales were something those guys will never forget. thanks for showing how to take care of the fish you release. "Not too many long fin seabass in Texas" I watch 6 or 8 of em get caught on The New Buccaneer out of Galveston the 11th on a cut off rig on the way to catch YFT at the drill ship. It blew my mind.

@@YakFishField so I did some digging looks like 2 different species of the same genus. Hence my confusion. Panama has Hemanthias Peruanus while the gulf of Mexico has Hemanthias leptus. Thanks for the response it gave me a rabbit to chase down while I'm stuck on this corporate training that could've been an email. Tight lines Rob!

If you are coming from the U.S. and not vaccinated, yes. Stupid new rule because the US is on their “high risk country” list. Hoping they take us off that soon
