If shoulder pain is getting you down, recruit a partner and teach them how to give you a deep tissuemassage/muscle scrape! 🔥
It's not rocket science, but it does require a bit of knowledge, and a little bit of intuition.
Basically you just get your partner to get in there and scrape the muscle using this tool (found on our favorites page) along the muscles of your shoulder using a 45 degree angle. You can approach this from different sides as Doc Mike mentions. See what feels good both during and after the session and take note for next time!
