Сколько пробую комплексов, всё равно к этому каналу возвращаюсь: темп медленный, задействованные мышцы выделены, хронометр, упражнения лёгкие, периодически розовый мультяш пробегает, напоминая улыбнуться и расслабить лицо😅, а главное эффект есть👍 Спасибо создателям🥇🏆

Need hamstring strengthening exercises as most of yours are on quadriceps. This will hurt people who have arthritis of knees and will prevent their progress n worsen their knee arthritis

Сколько перепробовала всяких занятий но некогда так непотела все медлено выполняется но очень думаю эфективно .Упор сделан на статику что очень прорабатываются все мышцы спасибо выполнила до конца 59 лет
