I literally experienced the difference between wet and damp styling today. I styled with my hair wetter today than I have been recently and was shocked by the definition. I love having volume, but the definition I got today was 🤯 and I love that too.

I am team volume! I love the messy beachy waves I get with mousse and its the perfect summer hairstyle just scrunch and go! Although I still get good definition because I apply a cream on soaking wet hair followed by mousse.

I am team definition! I need the moisture from the curl cream. I also live in a windy city, so my hair can fly all over the place increasing frizz.

Me personally, when I use products that help with definition but de-volumize, they tend to cause me less definition, but volumizing products help with springing my waves up into curls because they have less weight. I think I must have really fine hair or something🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I'm team both tbh, I love the definition but I like a bit of volume also. At the end of defusing I tend to defuse upside down and that creates a lot of volume for me . I need one of those brushes. I have seen them on Amazon but they're not the Bounce curl ones. They're exactly the same as she Bounce curl ones though and more in my price range. I've seen the Curlsmith volume range all over Instagram and really want to try it out soon.

I love them both as the volume side has a more romantic vibe to it but I have the most volume naturally at my roots so I think I prefer definition side otherwise if I create more volume I don’t know what to do with the top bit of my hair once it’s dry as it’s way to high and doesn’t sit how I want it too 😂 thanks as always your hair tips are always AMAZING as is your beautiful hair!!! ❤

@@hanzcurls I'm trying to find on Amazon where to buy the curlsmith diffuser, but it's expensive ATM. I tend to use curl cream,foam then gel, but I might include some of the tips you have suggested Hannah 🥰.

@@hanzcurlsalso Hannah a good tip, once you have styled and diffused your hair as normal. Can you please do a video where you style and diffuse your hair as normal. But then sleep with a silk bonnet and scrunch out the gel cast in the curls when you wake up instead of once you have come out of the shower? I find when you scrunch the gel cast out the following day your curls last longer maybe you should try it?

@@hanzcurls I don't know if you would get more of a gel cast by the amount of gel you would use though? Not go to over the top with gel obviously, but you can get some good gels,foams and curl creams for good prices if you look around! 🥰
