Absolutely love Ron's idea for a new Journey into Imagination ride. And I think with today's technology is completely doable, using real figures and objects and light mapping them so they look like they are sucked in, and then sucked out creting new things at the end of the ride.

The key would be in the combinations of sparks and items. Making sure that every spark had a unique and clever combination with each item in each display would make the experience truly magical. My thought would be to make each spark a rider picks up single-use. This would encourage rerides, as people would want to try different combinations on each trip. Given this, making each combination as original and different from each other as possible would be key to ensuring the ride's longevity. It would be a heck of a lot of work to produce, but it would be technically very feasible as you said. :)

23:30 Wow, big kudos to Mr. Schneider here for actually attempting to take quick action to prevent that girl's pain. Yeah, unfortunately, he probably had less than 3 minutes until Jenny was instructed to touch the device to try to get through to the tv channel director on the phone. It was a losing battle, but thanks for trying anyway! Many wouldn't have bothered. It sounds like she came away from that relatively okay but still. The irony that they were teaching kids about static electricity and missed that safety issue with a wireless microphone...

Kevin, would you ever consider doing an episode about The Star Trek Experience? I know Vegas attractions aren't exactly the same as amusement park attractions, but the now-closed Star Trek Experience was definitely on par with any Universal or Disney attraction in terms of presentation and dedication to theme. I still have memories of arguing with a cast member in Klingon as a kid.

Re what Ron said about seeing what a ride looks like if you get out of a ride. If you ever do a video on horizons you should get the remaining member of Mesa Verde on they have some crazy videos of them timing out when they can jump in and out the ride to be in the same spot. It's really interesting. And this podcast was great Ron is a great speaker and character!

Can you please do a video about when Disneyland and California Adventure did the Red Hot Chili Peppers sound overlay on CA Screaming and Space Mountain making it “Rocking Space Mountain” It was always something I really wanted for them to bring back but after about 10 years I have finally given up hope.

Oh finally someone who thinks this! I first rode space mountain with that music when I was around 6? and when I grew older (12?) and went to disney I didn't hear the music and it made me so sad :(
