Eri has to physically touch Shigaraki in order to rewind him though, plus I don't see her even coming close to touching Shigaraki given that he has danger sense now, along with search. Basically, making it almost impossible for her to even come to close to him. I feel like Eri is going to use her power for something else though. Possibly rewinding Toshinori who is still laying on the battlefield somewhere back into his muscle form. Given the weird quirk logic that's been going on recently, I don't see this out the realm of possibilities. Since Deku is gonna be passing on quirks at a time, Deku would probably need some help in taking down the villain.

Let’s just hope that Horikoshi doesn’t kill off Eri as she’s trying to rewind Shigaraki to back to his child form just to help out Deku in the next chapter, we don’t need another “SA2’s Death of Maria fiasco” to happen again. I’m just saying

My opinion is Eri is going outside to heal all heroes who are dying after Dabi, Toga’s Twice clones and AFO did a huge number of them and Eri will be a hero to save them since Evacuees is closer to Mt Gunga

its not around his body, its INSIDE him forcing the muscles to move.

@@josetheyoutuber from the looks of it, it seems to be outside his body now too like as if it’s leaking out. You can see it in his face this chapter and the last one, it’s a bit over his mouth and is now leaking out a bit throughout his body (you can see it in the page where he’s in the air with Shigaraki covered in fingers, like the page right before the one where Mei’s little drone appears, you can see the black whip on his arm leaking out a bit). Probably because y’know he’s pushing himself way past his limit and cause blackwhip gets stronger/loses more of its control depending on the user’s emotions and is used to show us how feral Deku is getting. The black whip reinforcing him disappears whenever he hit Shigaraki when trying to transfer all the users but once the second he realizes the transfer fails, he reinforces himself again which I think is a cool little detail.

Imagine if she dies helping izuku which makes him rage and finally kills shigiraki 🫣

Before Gearshift was introduced I said that La Brava would give Deku a power boost but people shot it down saying that the one she loves in Gentle which is true, but there are other types of love which would still give Deku a power boost. That combined with Deku getting healed back up to peak condition would be more than enough to take down Shigaraki cause even tho the fight is seemingly about to end, I have a feeling we’re gonna get a fakeout where Deku finally gives out after all of this and we get something with the vestiges before the physical fight with Deku vs Shigaraki resumes back at the same time with Deku but maybe only with Deku being back at peak condition thanks to Eri, La Brava is too far from him and Shigaraki is gonna face the Gearshift blow back so Deku should be fine without La Brava’s Love Boost.
