What kind of oven do you use?

Looks delish. But ...why not rinse the spinach first, before cutting. I think it will lose a lot of vitamins.

I wash the spinach because there is sand inside. This is a different type of spinach

@@EatwithRehan and that is why it's better to wash the Spinach before cutting. I've been a chef for more than 50 years and know all about Spinach. I've grown them myself for many years, otherwise, you throw all the goods inside the Spinach away. Just keep the leaves whole when you wash them. Greetings from Amsterdam
