Ingridients:
• Turkey fillet - 300g
• Buckwheat soba noodles
• Carrot - 1
• Mushrooms
• Onion - 1
• Pepper - 1
• Teriyaki sauce - 3 table spoons
• Salt
• Pepper
• Sesame seeds
Cooking:
1. Cut meat, onion, pepper and mushrooms into small long pieces.
2. Preheat frying pan and add some olive oil. Roast meat until done.
3. Warm water for the soba noodles. And boil noodles till done.
4. Add mushrooms and onion on a frying pan.
5. In a minute add carrot.
6. In a minute add pepper.
7. Roast everything for about 2 minutes.
8. Add sauce, salt and pepper at your taste.
9. Mix noodles with meat and vegetables.
10. Serve with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
