A simple, healthy, high protein curry.
Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbs crushed ginger
1 onion finely sliced
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
3 cardamon pods
3 cloves
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
5/6 pieces of chicken
400g tin butter beans
Coriander to garnish
