Gees. Good nutrition? Nope. Not even close. Tuna casseroles taste fantastic but are not so great if you’re aiming for good nutrition.

This is not the way to cook this recipe, trust me it’s all wrong. Watch this dish being made on “How to cook well” or “Bengali home cooking” to name just a few of the channels out there worth a watch, this is a recipe for burnt garlic, under cooked spices & soggy tasteless onions & I bet the finished dish tastes as lifeless & bland as it looked at the end with those translucent chunks of onion choking the poor diner. “How to cook well” is a brilliant channel & when your short of a Bob curry mince & potatoes will hit the spot especially if done following a few simple techniques. you could do worse than trusting a Bengali, they’ve been cooking this kind of dish for a long time.

Did you watch this video before you put it up . The note on screen at 0:49 says add the ground spices. And you add whole clove bay leaf . They are not ground spices. stopped watching at this point.
@bowlfullofbliss88276 жыл бұрын
I apologise. It should say whole spices and not ground spices. I watched it and also got two others to watch it before putting it up, but we all missed that. I've watched it back and that's the only mistake.
