This delicious and healthy dish is usually done with a whole chicken, but if you are cooking for two or for yourself, of if you just want to have it as one of the dishes and not have to eat leftover chicken for days, then this recipe is for you!
The star of the dish is really the ginger scallion oil because without it, there’s nothing special about the chicken. And it’s always a good idea to make a bit of extra oil - because you’ll want to eat it with everything!
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (bone in)
Green onions
Ginger
Rice wine
Sesame oil
Salt
Garnish with green onions and red chilli. Serve over rice or noodles.
