Koreans have certainly mastered European baking and added their own twist. With the exception of the lovely vegan bread, my cholesterol count went up merely by watching the video! So many eggs and so much cream, butter and cream cheese! Every ingredient people in North America are trying to take out of their daily diets. Beautiful work, however!

Those ham and egg sandwiches are making my mouth water, one of the finest smells in the world is fresh bread, my grandmother had a very old fashioned bread oven that was still in use after a long time and it was built in to her fire place also had the original lever and hook you could hang your kettle from or pots. The bread and teacakes she made were never cooked in an oven she did it always on her fire and I have yet to find anyone else who can do that. The smells alone had your taste buds drooling she made all sorts in that bread oven. Not that long ago when it was war time, if you could cook and bake your family never went hungry and you would trade goods with each other my Gran could not sew anything so she baked bread and scones and buns and other things and she would barter with them. Sadly now you would probably shut down if you used something like that, but I never once got sick eating anything she did

I grew up the grandson of a baker, and our entire family worked there at one point or another, I did as a youth. And the smell is even better than you can imagine!

Well.....it looks ghastly, but I am English. Would swap the spread for hand churned non salted butter. Then add Cheshire cheese which is slightly bitter. Ditch the rubber stuff and egg. Add thin slices of peppered beetroot and English lettuce. That’s it folks....try it. X Daz

And again it’s Daz. Cheshire cheese comes in white or red. It’s not really red more a light orange. Red is creamier.
