Garlic butter chicken bites❗️ 20 minutes Recipe
Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 - Intro
0:02 - Boneless chicken leg (~400g)
0:40 - Black pepper
0:44 - A pinch of salt
1:03 - 5 tablespoons All Purpose flour
1:36 - Cooking oil
2:01 - 5 cloves of garlic
3:03 - 20g Butter
3:46 - 2 teaspoon all purpose flour
3:58 - 125ml of water
4:14 - 1 tablespoon oregano
4:19 - Some black pepper
4:31 - Some lemon juice
4:46 - ½ teaspoon salt
5:16 - 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

1 tablespoon ~ 15ml
1 teaspoon ~ 5ml
½ teaspoon ~ 2.5ml

Well, that gave me lots of ideas. some pretty interesting combinations of spices that I'm also going to have to try. I could see these being put over a bed of rice. But most important of all is that it looked like fun.

That looks really nice, I always try to incorporate a pinch of baking powder in something of a marinade with my chicken - it tenderises the meat perfectly, that said, I'll certainly give it a go and follow your recipe, I'm sure it'll be spot on. 😊

Must be confused, it's a tablespoon. It's shaped in a deep oval instead of a basic round, I have the same ones 🤷‍♀️
