It's been almost 3 years since I overdosed and tried to end my life. I wasn't even sure if I would make it to 18 and I'm gonna turn 19 in 2 weeks. Thank you for the audio, it brought back a lot of feelings and while it made me cry, I'm happy to say that I'm not in that place anymore and I'm continuing to work on my mental health.
