so we pull up on site before we were able to cut the GoPro on the customer was outside waiting for us to begin to tell us that he wanted material put as closest to the house as possible but he has a short list of options. He had a teeny tiny driveway with the tree in the middle of his yard and not really much space to wiggle and not much space for error either. We had to keep explaining to him that the material comes off like wings on the airplane and he insisted that we could get the material where he on the clearly from the video that last minute compromise and he brought out some extra damage for product placement to the best location we can get. As always thank you all so much for watching Make sure you leave a like comment subscribe hit the notification bell make sure you select "all" so that way you're notified whenever we release a new video!

BOOM!!!! it came on a tilt bed trailer and the crew was there waiting...they had the bundle broken down in about one hour...garage up in about 6 and cleaned up and ready to go an hour later...Its best to leave it to the best....

Big Ups to your skills. I did similar deliveries for HD down here in Norfolk VA area. Tight streets, no place for a 40 trailer to be transiting. At times, was a mile away & drove order on moffett/lift to customers driveway. Got tired of HD reps assuring customers we could put entire order in backyard or some place a Moffett lift could not fit in or not access. Now I deliver block, bricks, mortar & rarely have issues. Yours video quality is great& your commentary is spot on, without the expected profanities. Keep it up. This helps the public understand the job so much better.

Nice and wide absolutely nothing in the way wide apron two lane road and I often wonder why some stores knowing the area send an 18 wheeler up to deliver mattresses frames and the like, It's not often, But it has happened I once drove my car down and loaded the stuff on the roof to bring up myself, That driver was going to carry that stuff all the way up by himself and I was not gonna let that happen. I figure he got the stuff close enough to me. No problem taking my stuff to the house...Now I know why everyone in the sticks drives pickups. PS i still tipped the driver.

@@brianlanders5306 Many times there is a trespassing issue at play and other issues. I live in AZ, had a mix up once and had a guy like this at my door wanting to shut off the power. Told him I didn't know what the deal was but happy to pay the amount and sort it out later. He couldn't take payments which was fair but I had two babies in the house in the Arizona summer so he wasn't going to be shutting my my power either (they don't allow it in 6/1-10/15 anyway but this was just before that and still over 100 out). At first the dude said he'd give me an hour, then I caught him trying to sneak into the back yard which just insulted me and made me have no respect for him. I didn't respond kindly to the deception, he called the police, they sat out there trying to figure out how to let him trespass for like 30 minutes before my wife returned with a receipt the bill had been paid. Had it happen with a repo guy once too (a car left on a property I purchased), after a verbal warning he was trespassing I said I was going in the house to get a gun. He said he had a gun too which got me annoyed. After calling the police I finally said I was charging him a $150 asshole tax and he could come in and get the car otherwise I was locking it in my freight container and we could sort it out in court. He happily paid the tax and we actually ended up becoming friends.

I trained Moffet Drivers for 12 years and you do a really good job. One thing though....I notice that you tend to leave the rear tire of the moffet turned instead of straight. If you hit an angle and it hits the pavement, it can and will break off instead of rolling. I always stressed this to my Drivers to straighten that tire before lowering the Moffet. Just a word of advice.

Why isn't any of this worked out in advance by the homeowner? If they need a drop close to the constitution site on their property, then that's a detail that should be worked out before they even place the order. If they are told that the delivery is curbside only, then either don't go through with the order, or figure a way to get it to the site. Or find a company that can do both...

Did you" nic " it with the forks when you reversed out , because of the incline ? The package was strong enough ? ? ? , You are a good man , as usual the problems come from the suits placed in front the computers , " oh yes sir , our driver will help you , yeees sir , he can do anything "

I can't exactly relate to this, but we did just have a customer put diesel in the hydraulic tank on one of our Skidsteers today. So that's fun.

@@SaffordDelivery Does it have a cap screw on it? Yes, did it also say "Hydraulic fluid only" on it? Yes. But did it have the little symbol for hydraulic fluid on it? Also yes.

Lol my boss did that once, first thing in the morning, he didn’t sleep well the night before, was about 2 gallons of diesel into the mini skid steer before he noticed. Luckily he did notice though. Took an hour to drain and refill the hydro tank, but we got our laughs out of it. To be fair on that skid steer the hydro an fuel caps are located symmetrically, the only difference really is the hydro cap is metal… maybe they should put a secondary release mechanism on it so it’s harder for the uninitiated/new guy/tired boss to mix up.

@@randomguy3281 Well on our bobcat Skidsteers, the Diesel cap is in the back, have to access it by opening the back panel, and the hydro cap is on the side of the machine with a little screw through it and clearly marked.

Do you have the 4 way operation on your Moffett? I don't think I've ever seen a video with you using that. I do this same job but with a heavy straight instead of a tractor trailer. And that sideways option determines if I can even do like 40 percent of my drop offs.

Moffetts are cool, but i will never understand why they are a moving mast vs a reach carriage. They get waaaaay too tippy with rhe mast all the way out and a load on the forks!

We had the roof replaced, hail damage, the Crews Boss wanted the drive way cleaned for the Roofers trailer, we’ll 2 cars run, but the 2 cars near the garage don’t move, we are working on them, two days later they came back and told my Mom they could move the cars my Mom said NO, so it rained for two days, then the Roofers came I moved 2 cars, and they backed the trailer between my house and the neighbors no problem. The finished in 8hours…
