I have the same laptop, I suppose it must have the same Intel graphics HD 4000 GPU, and the same processor. Now my question is if these two components can be changed?

Intel HD 4000 is inbuilt with Intel processor.. All 3rd gen processor comes with Intel HD graphics 4000.

I have Dell i3 3521, 4 GB Ram, 500 GB storage. Now i want to upgrade , so should replace the 4 GB to single 8 GB or should i keep 4+4 GB, and should i replace HHD with 250 GB SSD directly or should i replace it with CD drive. And also i want to replace my battery too.

Upgrade the RAM to 4+4GB bcz per slot max 4GB capacity total 8GB including both slot. You can upgrade SSD directly, your existing HDD is very old then don't combine with SSD bcz your old HDD will slow down the PC performance. And replace the battery with same part number.

You can add upto 8GB RAM, I mean you can add 4+4 or 2+4 or 2+2. You can't add two 8GB RAM bcz max 4GB per slot. If you like the video please subscribe to my channel..

If you like to change the CPU you need to change the whole motherboard because CPU is soldered BGA.

@@royalgamer_666 I have checked in Intel official website 3rd gen processor will support max 32GB RAM. But in Dell website this model (Inspiron 15-3521) will support combination of 8GB it means 16GB max.
