No, you need a Thunderbolt 3 port to add an eGPU and this Dell model doesn't come with it.

Don't start with it already disassembled ffs... A key part to the removal of the cover is showing where it comes apart... Once inside its all easy. The main part to any disassembly is the dam cover removal...

Can compressed air be used on this model without opening it? Because the two opening are near each other. And if so how much time to wait for drying, plus between each air burst how much time to wait because consecutive could spin it fast, opinions please.

Is the heatsink/heatspreader to the exhaust of dell inspiron 5593 compatible with inspiron 3593? my 3593 heatpipe does not have the black paint, and I'm worried about it will rusted in few months.

Yes you can add, sata cable is there you can add, I have added Keep the 2.5 inch SSD inside that clear box and connect it. No issues

Stupid design. Lid is blocking the exhaust then how. I am using cooling pad for this stupid designed laptop.

@@sagardebnath2362Probably not I am using this laptop as a daily driver, I tried COD Black ops 1 which is an old game, at first I got 56 fps for 2mns, then 40 to 30, it starts dropping, I start hearing beep sound (alarm), this is due to overheat. I tried GTA 4, it was smooth again for 5min approx., then my GPU reaches up to 70C. I tried other games too, like PUBG lite (56fps) then starts dropping. All in all, if you're thinking that you'll game on it, then you're wrong. You'll start damaging your motherboard. And here is caveat; It supports HDMI 1920x1080 only due to motherboard limitations, and also battery life is 3hr average. This laptop has NVIDIA GPU for rendering only.

@@armandosoria7993 YEs, I did it. I bought a dell 3583 i5 8265 processor. Motherboard fail and I found out that Dell inspiron 5593 motherboard was identical, but with i5 10th generation. I have around 6 months with my laptop case 3583 while inside being dell 5593. Nice

Yeah, and it works fine for me (I have the same model, Inspiron 5593) but it does heat up when running intensive applications like games and video rendering

Hi, I own this laptop. This fan never gets dust inside because the fan is not where the vent is.

Which Ram does it support? I got transcend 8gb ddr4 sodimm 2666 mhz Ram after inserting Ram in the laptop, no display then I returned it to Amazon. Sk Hynix is there in the laptop, should I buy the same brand or u think that Ram is not working

The music is fine I guess but information about what you're doing instead of just pointing at things at random would be way more helpful. I hate that every how to now has to be a video because they almost always suck. What happened to instructions and pictures? Ugh.
