You saved the day, dell 7567 had a similar issue. Had to remove the cmos multiple times and it worked. You're awesome.

Your comment saved me man, thanks, i tried removing ram again, pressed power button for 30 sec without putting on any power of charger or battery, and then removed the cimos, and then plugged the charger, gave it some time, and ya hooooo, it worked 😊

My experience- I upgraded my Dell Inspiron 3567... Replaced the HDD with SSD nd put the HDD in caddy... I saw ur video gave it a try nd at first I failed... Then I did the same thing this time left the CMOS battery out for a bit longer nd also pressed the power button for 1min after putting CMOS battery nd before putting laptop power .. nd then it started working... I was shocked nd happy.. thanks for saving my laptop 🙏🙏

It worked, helped alot and saved my time. Just remember if you don’t have cmos battery in the laptop then don’t worry, just press and hold the power button for 2 minutes. It will reset the bios. Then plug in the battery and charger. It will turn on.

This saved my laptop today. Dell Inspiron user here. I had similar issue 2 amber LED and 5 white LED BLINKing . Fan noise was there but screen was black. Followed the instructions in this video: 1. Drain off static (remove adapter and battery) press power button for 30 seconds 2. Now remove back cover , dvd drive, keyboard panel & unscrew everything 3. Remove the RAM and clean it. Place it in new DIMM slot 4. Remove the CMOS battery. Let it rest for some time (some people say 1 hr and I’m not sure what is suggested in this video) I rested it for 10 mins before putting it back on 5. Finally fit back in everything. Put the battery back on and power it up VOILA! My dead dell came alive! Thanks to this channel as it saved me $. From next time please consider adding more captions (not that I don’t understand but makes it more easier to understanding) Again good luck and thanks again brother !!

Hell Sir, Thanks for tip, I have same dell laptop model you showing in video. I upgraded ddr4 16 gb ram in another slot, previously was 4 gb ram so it became 20 gb ram and SSD 240 gb also added in HDD place. HHD placed where DVD slow as. It worked nicely for 2 days but suddenly it given error as shown in video. I just want to know, is 20 gb ram is compatible for this model laptop? thanks for support

Issue resolved after I removed one of the rams, opened the device and it seemed to be working normally, and then I shut it down. Then I changed the place of the ram that was already in the device and added the other one (all of that shall be done when the battery is unplugged of course) then I opened the device and it worked. Thanks Man!!!

I just upgraded my RAM . after closing everything the laptop cheat the problem just you showing . after seeing your video I just remove them and properly install them again it works .💜

hi bro urgent respond needed, my Dell xps 14z battery is not charging and when i remove the charger laptop goes off mean its working on AC only. when I connect the charger I can see the LED flashing for 5second ( before swhitch on the power button)After Press the Power button the Amber and White color fashing start. Can u help me.. My Dell Xps 14z I didn't replace the battery since I baught on 2010.
