Can you turn the cup warmer off? Seems like a waste of energy if its constantly on

I've just picked up this coffee machine for £250, was an ex-display model. I absolutely love it, but as a novice in making barista style coffee have found it hard to work out how to make specific types of milk based coffee drinks. Feels a bit complicated at times and it's a shame there's not more videos that talk through the actual settings on it

Have you worked out a way to simply use the milk function without the coffee or cappuccino option? We'd love to make hot chocolates just with the milk?

Just double click the cappuccino option :)

@@bytesizeclu I've tried that option so many times, but nothing happens? It just switches between cappuccino and standard coffee. I'm going to call Delonghi today.

Hi yes it is you can simply pull it up or down :)

I dont believe this is a option you can stop the cycle early with the cappuccino button again though if desired

For me I double press cappuccino but most people seem to not be able to get this to work

That’s odd that is how I make the hot milk with mine, you may want to contact Delonghi about this as the instructions note that’s how you product hot milk, sorry I couldn’t be or any more help

Ok yes speak with delonghi, double pressing the cappuccino button definitely produces just milk for me

After looking into it make sure the milk frother is in the no foam position (far right but not cleaning) and try again

@@bytesizeclu i contact delonghi servise. They will take my coffe machine as Defective. 3 day of happiness end :) thank you for your messege.

The grinder can be a little loud yes but not anything awful, i think any coffee machine or grinder is going to make a certain amount of noise but this one isn’t terrible

Yes you can just press cappuccino twice to get hot milk
