Delta is dearly loved down here in aussie. She is inspirational. She survived cancer when she was only 19yrs old, just as her career here was taking off, and in the last year has undergone throat surgery which robbed her of her beautiful voice. She had to learn to talk and sing again, and this performance was one of the first ones since she has climbed back onto her feet. Now you can see why she wrote this song. She always writes and sings from the heart.

She has been very well known in Australia and working at it since her teens. And was a coach on Australia The Voice for 8 seasons plus one on the Voice Kids...an admirable talent indeed!

Delta is an incredible human being and singer. You also have to remember that that voice is coming live from her living room in this performance, not a recording studio!

Delta Goodrem writes songs that speak the truth and come from the heart. Every song she writes has a story behind it. One that really break me is 'Paralysed' that she wrote after surgery that had severe complications where she had to relearn how to speak and sing.

Beautiful Delta! You should check out her Solid Gold videos. She made a few different versions of this awesome song. Her voice is just incredible live, I saw her live a few years ago, she performed for Cats The Musical - goosebumps! She also is a very kind, beautiful soul.

Love Delta, love her voice, her song writing and her style... she's lived enough life experience & some of it hard, so has so much compassion that comes across in a lot of her music and she is another authentic Australian, that gives so much. 💙

I watched a documentary on her year long fight to be able to speak and sing again, love that at the end she said Couldn't talk then NOW won't shut up! Lol

This song is very appropriate right now in Victoria Australia we are suffering through our 6th lockdown because of Covid, youth suicides have skyrocketed as has the number of children self harming. I suffer from anxiety attacks witch have increased during these lockdowns, it is reaction videos like these that get me through. Keep up the good work and thanks. Great reaction. Delta is pretty awesome. Amazing talent to start, then a lady who overcame some pretty tough times. It gives her inspirational positive messages real credibility and weight. (Kinda like yours 🙂)

Deltas songs always have a positive note although she writes from the heart about real issues in life and she does it with style she is the full package Imo
