Deluna phase 2 foundations have started! .......And a Butterfly Garden?

Dave was wrong again😔. He predicted Deluna homes would begin in February...... Well he was off by 9 days. Many of you have been waiting for The Village of Deluna (phase 2) to break ground with new homes. Well your wait is over. As of this morning 1-24-22 the first foundation has started for preformed concrete (tilt-wall) courtyard Villas. They will not be ready for occupancy for a while, but you can be sure the major construction of Deluna Phase 2 is about to begin! Come with us as we live record one of our reconnaissance flights as together we have the first sighting of the start of Deluna Phase 2. While we are out we will also take a look at the location for the future "Butterfly Garden" being built in Deluna!

Perhaps the shelf at that pond is for aquatic plants to grow. There’s a pond I see on the right when driving south on Morse Blvd from 44 back to St Catherine that has aquatic plants in part of it. Same thing with another pond along the cart path in north Bradford right before crossing over to Chitty Chatty. It makes those ponds look even prettier than the ponds that don’t have these plants.

Central Florida University,have a large museum with attached buterfly garden,that is located in Gainsville,is a big screening buterfly cage.You should visit this place,probably the one in The Villages ,will be similar,thank's

There is already some ground work going on, but in our new years prediction show (link here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o8egnJWomsW8hnU.html) I am predicting the first home foundation in the first quarter of 2023. So about a year from now.

Fun and interesting video. 👍 I just got in yesterday morning, yes this is chilly, but not a patch on the weather I left behind Saturday night. I've noticed I haven't heard any bands playing in Brownwood. Too Cold? I can usually hear Brownwood during the evenings.

There is the Waterlily recreation center with a family pool that is in the existing part of Deluna. It is similar to other areas like Citrus Grove that has a recreation area and a separate Recreation center (Homestead recreation). Keep in mind the existing section of Deluna is very small. This new area is just an extension of the original Deluna.

It's ok, Dave! We'll still give you credit for a correct prediction because they actually got started building there AHEAD of your predicted time, not after. :) I'm curious, what is the rule of thumb, if there is one, about which type of home (designer/patio villa/courtyard villa) will be the first type built in a new village? It seems like they have been starting with CYVs of late. Also, do they usually start at the back of the village and move to the front or as in this case, nearest the turnpike and move away from it? Or as there a discernible pattern at all? This was a fun video. I like the live approach!

I used to think there was a pattern of working from the back to the front, but recently all of the patterns I though I noticed have not been accurate. Hard to predict The Villages!
