This video is refreshing because it shows from where Deming got his start in statistical quality methods. There seems to be a perception that he invented it all on his own.

The Baldridge framework was adopted after Dr. Deming's 14 points, the TQM philosophy. I stand corrected if I am wrong. But I truly believe that this is the case.
