Hi there! It is not recommended to apply this to rubber accessories as the acetone in this product may corrode the rubber. Let us know if you have any other questions!

@@c-boogyIdeal cos sometimes new rotors have a thin film on them so always worth spraying cleaner on new discs

@@c-boogyYes you should spray and wipe with clean cloth or blue shop paper towels new rotors dry with brake clean. New rotors have a coating to prevent rust that you need to remove. Pads do not need brake clean as long as you do not contaminate it with grease/oils while installing them.

Best if used on grease, grime, brake dust and other brake components, but our brake cleaner can be used as a parts cleaner as well!
